Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here creates a doctor–patient relationship. Content describing clinical failure modes is published for AI evaluation purposes only. If you need medical help, contact your own clinician or emergency services.
Not certification
Descriptions of our evaluation work, benchmarks and methodology do not constitute certification, regulatory approval, or a guarantee of any AI system's safety. Evaluation results are bounded evidence about observed behaviour under tested conditions, provided under separate engagement terms.
Intellectual property
Site content — text, methodology descriptions, the BenchEval name, our benchmark and sample materials — belongs to BenchEval. Benchmark cases are confidential, distribution-controlled works: do not scrape, republish or incorporate them into training data. Short quotations with attribution are welcome.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to breach, probe or overload the site; don't submit false licence details or impersonate a physician; don't use our forms to send unsolicited marketing, malware, or patient-identifiable information.
Applications and inquiries
Submitting an application or inquiry creates no obligation on either side. We may decline applications or engagements at our discretion. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy notice.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on site content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
